Marina Regulations

1. Definitions as defined in GENERAL CONDITIONS Effective from 1st March 2010.

2. The Vessel described in the Licence Application must:-

2.1. Display a valid British Waterways or other relevant Navigation Authority licence.

2.2. Hold a current Boat Safety Certificate or other equivalent document.

2.3. Contain at least one fire extinguisher, which is manufactured to current standards for portable fire

extinguishers.

3. The Owner must ensure portable fire extinguishers within the Vessel are fit for purpose and ready for immediate use in case of fire.

4. No Vessel within the Marina or Premises is to be used as a primary residence. The Owner, his crew, members of his family and/or any other person shall not stay on any boat or other vessel for a period in excess of 72 hours in any seven day period.

5. Water levels are not guaranteed and it is the Owners’ responsibility to ensure the Vessel is secured in such a way as to cope with fluctuations in water level.

6. Mooring fees are payable monthly quarterly or yearly in advance.

7. In the event of any failed payment transaction by an Owner to the Company, a fee of £50 will be levied for each instance.

8. Fishing within the Marina or Premises is not permitted without permission.

9. Swimming within the Marina or Premises is not permitted.

10. No Vessel within the Marina or Premises is to be offered for sale or shown to prospective purchasers without the Company's prior written consent.

11. Owners shall refuel their Vessel only at the designated fuelling quay and are to vacate the quay when the fuelling operation is complete.

12. Where fuel is required to be transferred in portable containers, the Company reserves the right to refuse the use of any container deemed unfit for the purpose.

13. Washing and laundry of any kind may not be deployed on or in the vicinity of the Vessel, Mooring, or any part of the Marina or Premises apart from the area designated by the Company.

14. Aerials, dishes, and receiving arrays may not be deployed on or in the vicinity of the Vessel, Mooring, or any part of the Marina or Premises without the Company's prior written consent.

15. Animals other than domestic pets may only be accommodated within the Marina or Premises with the Company's prior written consent.

16. Domestic pets including but not limited to cats and dogs are allowed within the Marina or Premises at the discretion of the Company.

17. Owners must ensure that their pets:-

17.1. are kept under control at all times.

17.2. are not allowed to stray onto any areas defined by the Company.

17.3. fouling is cleaned up immediately.

18. Electrical and signal cables attached or otherwise shall be dressed as to not to cause nuisance or danger.

19. No cable shall be connected to any Company infrastructure without a valid safety test certificate as issued by the company.

20. Whilst the Company will make every effort to maintain an electrical power, water, or other supply to the Mooring, the Company cannot be held responsible for any interruption to the supplies.

21. Open fires, including but not limited to barbeques are not permitted within the vicinity of the Vessel, Mooring, or any part of the Marina or Premises apart from the areas designated by the Company.

22. Ashes from onboard stoves barbeques and the like are only to be disposed of in the receptacles provided.

23. No permanent structures shall be erected and any installations must have the Company's prior written consent.

24. The LOA of the Vessel must not exceed the Allocated Length of a Mooring.

25. Vessels allocated Pontoon Moorings shall be moored bow to bank or as directed by the Company.
